"The Warrior and His Wounded Shoulder: A Battle of Adaptation and Persistence" [ESP|ENG]

Greetings, #Hive and #SWC legionnaires! Today I bring you the tale of a Friday where rest was my strategic ally: after skipping university classes to recharge (and sleep a little more than usual), the day flowed between studies, household chores and that inner flame that took me to the bars, my iron temple. With the memory of the chaotic #BitcoinPizzaDay still fresh (which left us training late hours on Thursday), I decided to mix **ground planks** and **front lever**, a lethal combo to make up for lost time. Although the injured shoulder continued to be my nemesis - it hurt on every pull-up, every static, every pull-up - I armed myself with meticulous stretching and controlled movements so as not to aggravate the battle. I prioritized the front lever, recording those attempts where strength collided with pain, aware that my level has decreased, but also that giving up is not an option. I finished the training with the satisfaction of one who knows that, even in adversity, a “normal” day can be epic if lived with purpose. Now, my mission is clear: **stay on the front lever**, even if it's through small adjustments and a lot of patience, because a warrior doesn't retreat, he just reinvents himself. Thank you for joining me in this fight where every advance, no matter how small, is a victory! 💪🛡️
