Preparandome para las duals [ESP|ENG]










Me desperté esta mañana con muchas ganas de aprovechar el tiempo, ya que he concluido la universidad y, gracias a Dios, he aprobado todas mis materias, aunque de algunas aún no me han dado noticias. ¡De todos modos, seguimos con fe! Y bueno, mientras tanto, a darle duro al entrenamiento.
Hoy decidí ir un poco más temprano a las barras. Quería entrenar algo de agilidad antes de empezar con mi rutina normal de fuerza. Como se está acercando la dual, necesito ir acostumbrándome a los combos que realizaremos en la competencia. Así que, comencé con agilidad y luego proseguí con lo que me tocaba hoy: plancha. Empecé con algo de plancha a una mano y luego continué entrenando flexiones y holds. Deportivamente, no he estado entrenando mucho los presses, pero le estoy dando bastante enfoque a un power move más complicado como son las flexiones.
Finalmente, estuve tirando algo de front lever, más que todo para no perder la costumbre y calentar un poco la espalda, ya que ayer no entrené porque me tocaba descanso. La verdad, el resto del día fue muy bien. Hoy fue un día bastante tranquilo, aunque sentí que fue provechoso.

I woke up this morning eager to make the most of my time, as I have finished college and, thank God, I have passed all my subjects, although I haven't heard back about some of them yet. Anyway, we continue with faith! And well, in the meantime, let's work hard on training.
Today I decided to go to the bars a little earlier. I wanted to train some agility before starting my normal strength routine. As the dual is approaching, I need to get used to the combos we will be performing in the competition. So, I started with agility and then continued with what I had to do today: plank. I started with some one-handed planks and then continued training push-ups and holds. Athletically, I haven't been training presses much, but I'm focusing a lot on a more complicated power move like push-ups.
Finally, I did some front lever, mostly to keep up the habit and warm up my back a bit, since I didn't train yesterday because it was my rest day. To be honest, the rest of the day went very well. Today was a pretty quiet day, but I felt it was productive.
