One-Arm Plancha y Cero Sueño: La Constancia Inesperada de la Fuerza [ESP|ENG] 8/12








El día de hoy les estaré comentando un poco sobre mi entrenamiento de hoy. Principalmente, empezaré diciendo que no dormí mucho por distintas circunstancias, por lo que no venía con demasiadas esperanzas de que el entrenamiento me rindiera.
Empecé con algo de calentamiento haciendo unas presses en full plancha, en las cuales sinceramente me sentí bastante ligero a pesar del cansancio. Luego continué con algunos aguantes de full plancha, además de press junto con eso. Después estuve haciendo one-arm plancha, y la verdad es que no estuvo ni bien ni mal; pude hacerlas, pero sí me costaron lo suyo, aunque me alegra que me hayan salido, ya que no siempre pasa, y eso ya es un avance.
Luego continué con varias Maltese, las cuales salieron bien para ser honesto. Me parece chistoso el hecho de que, a pesar de que no tuve un mínimo de sueño, pude rendir de esta manera; muy loco si me lo preguntan. Para culminar, hice un pequeño combo de front lever con plancha, como no puede faltar siendo día de Plancha. Además, hice un Gigante y un 540 porque estoy procurando tirar aunque sea un poco de agilidad en cada sesión.

Today I will be commenting a bit about my training session today. I will mainly start by saying that I did not get much sleep today due to various circumstances, so I didn't come into the training session with too many hopes for a high performance.
I started with some warm-up by performing some presses into full plancha, in which I honestly felt quite light despite the tiredness. I then continued with some full plancha holds, along with presses. Afterward, I worked on the one-arm plancha, and it was neither good nor bad; I managed to do them, but they certainly took a lot out of me. However, I'm glad they came out, as that doesn't always happen, and that is already progress.
I then continued with several Maltese attempts, which turned out well, to be honest. I find it funny that, despite getting minimal sleep, I was able to perform this way; very crazy, if you ask me. To conclude, I did a small combo of front lever and plancha, as is mandatory on a Plancha day. I also threw a Giant and a 540 because I am trying to incorporate at least a little bit of agility into every session.
