Navidad entre Barras: Crónica de una Nochebuena de Calistenia y Familia [ESP|ENG] 29/12
El día de hoy les comentaré cómo estuvo mi miércoles de la semana pasada, específicamente el 24 de diciembre.
El día empezó bastante tranquilo. No quería levantarme demasiado temprano, ya que los dos días anteriores no había descansado mucho por todo el ajetreo típico de estas fechas; sin embargo, tampoco me levanté tarde. Realicé mis actividades diarias y esperé con ansias a que llegara la noche para salir con mi familia y celebrar la Nochebuena.
Tuvimos nuestra respectiva cena navideña y, luego de compartir un rato, terminé de vestirme para esperar a que un amigo me viniera a buscar para salir a caminar. Estuvimos dando unas vueltas por la zona, aprovechando para tomarme algunas fotos en la cancha y recogiendo a otros amigos en el camino.
Incluso en plena celebración, el camino nos llevó inevitablemente a las barras. Al estar allí, no pude evitar la tentación de tomarme unas fotografías y grabarme haciendo algo de contenido. Eso sí, lo hice con muchísima cautela, ya que no quería ensuciar ni arruinar el atuendo que llevaba para la ocasión.
Poco después de ese momento, mi teléfono se apagó por falta de batería. Como ya se estaba haciendo "tarde" y no quería inventar mucho más, decidí que era el momento de regresar a casa para seguir compartiendo con los míos.
Esta época nos recuerda que, más allá de los entrenamientos y las metas físicas, lo más valioso es el tiempo que dedicamos a quienes queremos. A veces, bajar un poco las revoluciones y simplemente disfrutar del momento nos recarga más que cualquier sesión de ejercicio.
Espero que todos hayan tenido una excelente Navidad y que estos últimos días del año estén llenos de paz y alegría. ¡Les deseo lo mejor en estas fiestas y que el próximo año venga cargado de mucha fuerza y nuevos objetivos cumplidos!

Today, I’m going to tell you about my Wednesday of last week, specifically December 24th.
The day started off quite normal. I didn't want to wake up too early since I hadn't rested much over the previous two days due to the holiday rush; however, I didn't wake up too late either. I did my daily activities and waited for the evening to head out with my family to celebrate Christmas Eve.
We had our respective Christmas dinner, and after sharing that time together, I finished getting dressed and waited for a friend to pick me up to go for a walk. We walked around the area for a bit—taking some photos at the sports court and picking up more friends along the way—until we inevitably reached the bars.
Even on a night like this, I couldn't resist the urge to take a few photos and record a bit of content. Of course, I did it very carefully because I didn't want to get my Christmas outfit dirty or ruin it.
Shortly after that, my phone died due to a low battery. Since it was getting "late" and I didn't want to push my luck, I decided to head back home.
This time of year reminds us that beyond training and physical goals, the most valuable thing we have is the time we spend with those we love. Sometimes, slowing down and simply enjoying the moment recharges us more than any workout session ever could.
