¡CAMPEÓN! Victoria en el Campeonato Strength Masters y regreso a los exámenes [ESP|ENG] 9/11
El día de hoy les contaré cómo se desarrollaron las actividades de hoy, domingo.
Hoy estaba pautado celebrar la Strength Masters Championship aquí en el estado Bolívar. A pesar de que me acosté bastante tarde ayer, me levanté por mi propia cuenta, sin necesidad de que sonara la alarma. Mi padre, que justo se había levantado, me preparó un pequeño desayuno mientras yo me alistaba, y finalmente fuimos hacia Río Aro.
No fuimos solos; nos acompañaron varios compañeros de las barras, unos que iban a competir y otros a apoyar el evento. Nos encontramos con más compañeros en el sitio. Sinceramente, no fueron tantas personas, pero sí más de las que esperábamos.
Luego de que algunos se inscribieran en plena competición, terminamos siendo 5 participantes. Los organizadores decidieron hacer una sola ronda clasificatoria de 1 minuto para eliminar a 3 personas y dejar una final de 2, definiendo así al ganador.
Empezamos nuestras rondas. Fui el último en pasar, y debo admitir que el cuarto muchacho (al cual no conocía) nos sorprendió a todos bastante y me obligó a sacar mucho más power del que pensaba que necesitaría. Sin embargo, no fue un problema demasiado grande.
Al final de la clasificatoria, quedamos él y yo, así que hicimos la final con dos rondas de 45 segundos. No les voy a mentir, en ese punto ya estaba exhausto, pero solo tenía que seguir. Yo fui primero, y luego de dos rondas de cada uno, el evento finalizó.
Finalmente, ¡logré quedarme con la victoria! Solo me queda agradecer muchísimo a la organización del evento por llevar esto a cabo. A pesar de que fue algo pequeño, siempre se empieza por algo, ¡e iremos escalando muchísimo más!
Luego de esto, regresamos a casa. Y aquí no acabó mi día. El resto de la jornada estuve practicando matemática, ya que mañana tengo un examen. Sinceramente, estoy muy cansado, tanto física como mentalmente, pero estoy redactando esto para irme a dormir. Mañana veré el examen, y de hecho, en la tarde-noche, tengo otro, para el cual me falta estudiar, así que lo haré cuando regrese de la universidad.

Today I will tell you about how today's activities unfolded, Sunday.
Today was scheduled to be the Strength Masters Championship here in Bolívar state. Even though I went to bed quite late yesterday, I woke up on my own, without needing the alarm to go off. My father, who had just gotten up, made me a small breakfast while I got ready, and finally we headed to Río Aro.
We didn't go alone; we were accompanied by several teammates, some who were going to compete and others who were there to support the event. We met up with more teammates at the site. Honestly, there weren't that many people, but there were more than we expected.
After some people signed up during the competition, we ended up with five participants. The organizers decided to hold a single 1-minute qualifying round to eliminate three people and leave two for the final, thus determining the winner.
We started our rounds. I was the last to go, and I must admit that the fourth guy (whom I didn't know) surprised us all quite a bit and forced me to draw on much more power than I thought I would need. However, it wasn't too much of a problem.
At the end of the qualifying round, it was down to him and me, so we did the final with two 45-second rounds. I'm not going to lie, at that point I was exhausted, but I just had to keep going. I went first, and after two rounds each, the event was over.
Finally, I managed to win! I can only thank the event organizers very much for putting this together. Even though it was a small event, you always have to start somewhere, and we'll keep growing!
After that, we went home. And that wasn't the end of my day. I spent the rest of the day practicing math, since I have a test tomorrow. Honestly, I'm very tired, both physically and mentally, but I'm writing this before going to sleep. Tomorrow I'll take the exam, and in fact, in the late afternoon, I have another one, for which I still need to study, so I'll do that when I get back from college.
