Noche de fotografías en un combo de Estáticos en el parque "Las Ballenitas" [ESP-ENG]

Espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy amigos, les compartiré grandes fotografías en una noche haciendo combos de Estáticos en las paralelas, fue el día de ayer, que a pesar de que fue un día pesado se entreno como es debido.
I hope you are well today friends, I will share with you great pictures of a night doing static combos on the parallel bars, it was yesterday, and even though it was a heavy day we trained as we should.
Bueno amigos, el día de ayer decidí ir al parque, ya que el pasado miércoles llovió y no pude entrenar, entonces ayer llegué al parque empecé mi respectivo calentamiento de movilidad y con banda elástica, luego empecé a realizar freestyle y combinaciones con Estáticos, pero eso se los compartire en otro post, al caer la noche, hice varios combos en las paralelas, como intentos de full planche, front lever touch con pull ups, hefesto y algunos back levers, he notado mucho mi aumento de fuerza en los Estáticos, seguiré entrenando para seguir subiendo de nivel y dar lo mejor de mi en próximas competencias.
Well friends, yesterday I decided to go to the park, since last Wednesday it rained and I could not train, so yesterday I arrived at the park I started my respective warm up with mobility and elastic band, then I started to perform freestyle and combinations with Statics, but I will share that in another post, at nightfall, I did several combos in the parallel bars, like full planche attempts, front lever touch with pull ups, hefesto and some back levers, I have noticed my strength increase in the Statics, I will continue training to keep improving my level and give the best of me in the next competitions.
