Freestyle practice
Saludos compañeros de Hive y SWC, espero les esté yendo bien en sus actividades, comenzando la semana un poco pesado, el día lunes no tenía ganas de entrenar absolutamente nada, me sentía cansado y sin ganas de practicar dinámicos, entonces el día de ayer martes con disciplina fui al parque a entrenar.
Greetings fellow Hive and SWC, I hope you are doing well in your activities, starting the week a little heavy, on Monday I did not feel like training at all, I was tired and did not feel like practicing dynamics, then yesterday Tuesday with discipline I went to the park to train.
Fui con la mentalidad de practicar un poco de freestyle, llegué al parque y comencé a calentar, luego me puse a realizar dinámicos, hice más que todo giros, trucos como el 540, doble 360, también hice uno que otro gigantes y algunos geingers, me sentía liviano y pude hacer esto con bastante fluidez y cómodo.
I went with the mentality of practicing some freestyle, I got to the park and started to warm up, then I started to do dynamics, I did mostly spins, tricks like 540, double 360, I also did one or another giant and some geingers, I felt light and I was able to do this quite fluently and comfortably.
Al terminar de hacer Freestyle mis compañeros y yo nos decimos a entrenar front lever, pero lastimosamente empezó a llover muy fuerte y esto nos impidió entrenar, entonces esperamos a que parara la lluvia para irnos a nuestras casas, fui un día flojito pero se hizo algo, espero les haya gustado las fotografías y motive mucho💪🏻.
When we finished Freestyle my teammates and I decided to train front lever, but unfortunately it started to rain very hard and this prevented us from training, so we waited for the rain to stop to go to our homes, it was a lazy day but something was done, I hope you liked the pictures and motivate mucho💪🏻.
