Flexibilidad y Core al Anochecer

Flexibility and Core at Dusk
(English)

Luego dips, flexiones y algunos intentos de muscle-up.
Over the past few weeks, I was focused on completing my university exams, which kept me away from social media and consistent training. However, I am now back, more motivated than ever to share my progress, routines, and lessons with all of you.
I must admit that during this period, I didn’t feel in my best physical shape. Rest, though necessary, took its toll on my performance. Still, I am fully convinced that with discipline and proper training, I will regain my level and even surpass the skills I have already mastered. Let’s go for more!
During this session, I also had the chance to practice some freestyle tricks and experiment with new combinations that I will soon put into practice. I’m excited to add them to my repertoire and refine them until I can master them completely.
It’s a pleasure to be with you once again, my dear and valued readers. Today, I bring you a special photo session —an evening dedicated to reconnecting with my body, moving mindfully, and improving my flexibility. Join me as I take you through a peaceful training session at the park, beneath the colors of a fading sun.
The sun was beginning to set when I arrived at the park. The sky was painted in golden, orange, and violet shades, blending perfectly with the cool air of the late afternoon. I carried my yoga mat under one arm, a bottle of water in hand, and a clear intention: to close the day with focus, energy, and calm. Each step toward the workout area felt like a small act of self-care.
As I walked toward the bars, I could hear the soft rustle of the trees swaying in the breeze. In the distance, the laughter of children mingled with the songs of birds returning to their nests. I laid my mat on the grass, took off my shoes, and took a deep breath —inhaling peace, exhaling tension.
I began with a joint mobility warm-up, easing my body into movement. Slow arm circles, gentle leg swings, dynamic stretches to awaken the muscles that had been resting all day. At first, there was a hint of stiffness, but with each breath, my body loosened, light and ready to flow.
As the sun dipped below the trees, the metal bars gleamed with a warm copper hue. It was time for Street Workout. The cool metal against my warm hands was grounding. I started with slow, controlled pull-ups, feeling the strength build with each repetition. Then came dips, push-ups, and a few attempts at muscle-ups. Between sets, I took time to stretch my shoulders and hamstrings —balancing power with flexibility.
Night slowly took over. The park lights turned on, casting a soft glow over the empty paths. The air was cooler now, meditative, calm. I ended the session with long static stretches —back, legs, arms. My muscles ached, but it was the satisfying ache that follows growth. I lay down for a few moments, eyes on the sky, watching as the first stars appeared.
My body was tired, yet my mind was at peace. That perfect blend of fire and stillness —the essence of mindful movement. As I packed my things, I smiled, grateful for the quiet strength these moments bring.
