¡Hola amigos Hivers y de la comunidad SWC! ¿Cómo les va? Espero que muy bien. Les mando un saludo a todos ustedes. Hoy les traigo un nuevo post para comentarles un poco sobre mi día. Hoy, con mis amigos, decidimos entrenar un poco de plancha, pero la verdad es que hoy andábamos muy pesados, ya que algunos ejercicios se nos hicieron exhaustos. No sé si fue por el clima o por algún otro inconveniente, pero sí podemos entrenar con normalidad. Hoy nos enfocamos en el empuje de plancha, comenzando con un aguante de plancha completa y flexiones al fallo. Seguido de eso, decidimos entrenar con las bandas de resistencia y aquí nos enfocamos en posturas con mucho aguante. Mientras íbamos haciendo lo último de la rutina, tuvimos una pequeña charla entre nosotros, socializamos un poco entre mis amigos y yo. Tuvimos muchas risas y muchos momentos felices. Para mí, no hay mejor forma de entrenar que no sea con unos buenos amigos. La verdad es que hoy nos sentimos un poco fatigados, creo que por eso no entrenamos como tal hoy. El viernes haremos básicos para dejar descansar un poco los estáticos. Bueno, con eso culminamos todos los entrenamientos de hoy y con eso culminé mi día de hoy. ¡Mañana estaré haciendo un nuevo post y les compartiré mi día a todos ustedes! Today, with my friends, we decided to do some plank training, but the truth is that today we were very heavy, since some exercises made us exhausted. I don't know if it was because of the weather or some other inconvenience, but we can train normally. Today we focus on the plank push, starting with a full plank hold and push-ups to failure. Following that, we decided to train with resistance bands and here we focus on postures with a lot of endurance. While we were doing the last of the routine, we had a little chat with each other, my friends and I socialized a little. We had a lot of laughs and a lot of happy moments. For me, there is no better way to train than with some good friends. The truth is that today we feel a little fatigued, I think that's why we didn't train as such today. On Friday we will do basics to let the static ones rest a little. Well, with that we finished all of today's training and with that I finished my day today.
