Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , hoy inicie mi nuevo ciclo de entrenamiento , para iniciar decidí trabajar la plancha ya que había estado días descansando por molestias en los hombros , para iniciar trabaje la plancha desde palanca en posición de tuck adv con el objetivo de conseguir una buena postura en la extensión de cadera de este ejercicio trabaje unas 4 series ya que estábamos bastante frescos , lo siguiente fue realizar la plancha straddle desde tuck adv pero en este caso note que la cadera se me caia un poco o estaba muy arriba así que de este ejercicio solo trabaje 3 series para no cansarme indebidamente , para la siguiente progresión busque no abrir tanto mis piernas y buscar la plancha desde lean y pude notar una mejora significativa y un a buena postura que al final solo toca trabajar , ya para finalizar trabaje negativas desde handstand en este caso para darle un poco más de trabajo a la cintura escapular este ejercicio lo trabaje unas 4 series, ya lo último fue una combinación de de Lean y Lean push ups y así inicie mi nuevo ciclo con las pilas recargadas , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
