Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , ya son dos meses desde que regrese a entrenar y la evolución de mi plancha ah sido bastante significativa desde no lograr una simple negativa hasta lograr tener 3s sólidos , al principio de enero cuando regrese me costaba bastante entender nuevamente la propio sección de esta habilidad así que mi objetivo fue lograr solides y dominar los movimientos como la rana avd y la half , poco a poco me fui adaptando muy rápido ya que es mi estático favorito, asi que cuando inicie el nuevo ciclo de entrenamiento la idea era reforzar todos los aspectos posibles y corregir aquellas fallas que aún tenemos , enfocado en avanzar logré mis primeros segundos de half straddle y los primeros segundos sólidos de one arm handstand , no tarde mucho en lograr sacar mis segundos sólidos de straddle planche y con buena postura aún faltando corregir ciertos detalles pero para eso seguimos entrenando , este post es para recordarte que no necesitas ir apresurado ve a tu ritmo disfruta el proceso que poco a poco los frutos de tu esfuerzo dan resultado , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
