hola amigos de LIKETU y SWC un fuerte abrazo , El día de hoy trabajamos un pco diferente, el entrenamiento de hoy esta enfocado en el front lever pero más dirigido a la palanca de este en si , así que inicie con mi calentamiento previo, el primer ejercicio son las clásicas front lever raises pero en half , esto con el objetivo de mejorar mi palanca y mi cintura , tratando de que todo el esfuerzo se genere con los deltoides y el músculo redondo , de ejercicio realize 4 series de 10 repeticiones, descansando unos 4 minutos para que sean totalmente efectivos , como segundo ejercicio aguantes de half , hasta el momento mi ejercicio favorito para el front , acá trabajé los aguantes en 4 series pero de mi máximo de aguante , ya con este ejercicio finalice mi entré de palanca.

Habiendo terminado el entrenamiento de palanca me dispuse a trabajar un poco la fuerza de tirón en la máquina de polea , utilizando un agarre neutro cerrado me dispuse a mover 16 platos en si cada uno de estos pesa alrededor de 5 kg , en total eran 90 kg , de este ejercicio realize 4 x 12 para finalizar mi entrenamiento , así termina mi entre de fuerza mixta , para iniciar mi semana, recuerden descansar y no olviden " el movimiento es vida" .
