Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , hoy toco entrenar en casa y de noche , es mi primera vez entrenando de noche así que me puse a calentar , realize unas paradas de manos para activar bien los hombros , mi objetivo hoy era trabajar la straddle lo más limpia y correcta posible , y no fue la excepción mi primera repetición de straddle desde rana avanzada salió muy bien y está bajo mis expectativas , logré aguantar mis 4s así que decidí trabajar la en 4 series de 2 repeticiones para incluir un buen volumen , como siguiente ejercicio trabaje las subidas de half straddle desde tuck avanzada por 3 repeticiones las cuales salieron bastante bien , notando la semana de descanso y descarga , este ejercicio solo lo trabaje en 3 series .

Cómo último ejercicio de straddle desde tuck esto con el objetivo de reforzar la cadera y la extensión, acá solo realicé repeticiones a el máximo posible de 3 series ya que considero que genera una buena fatiga , para finalizar algunos básicos como lean planche push ups , fondos lastrados y algunas handstand push ups sin generar tanto desgaste , y así culmine mi primer entrenamiento nocturno , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "

As last straddle exercise from tuck this with the aim of strengthening the hip and extension, here I only performed repetitions to the maximum possible 3 sets as I believe that generates a good fatigue, to finish some basic lean planche push ups, ballasted funds and some handstand push ups without generating much wear, and thus culminate my first night workout, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the “movement is life”.
