Luego de haber descansado unos 6 minutos,inicie mi trabajo de plancha , como primer ejercicio después de estar casi una semana sin entrenar nada , realice aguantes de straddle pero sin enfocarme tanto en estar lo mas lineal posible, estoy con el fin de saber cómo ir acomodando en caso de estar muy alta la plancha , reslice unas 4 series de 2 repeticiones por 3s , como segundo ejercicio straddle desde lean de straddle , este ya más controlado y con mejor postura , realice unas 4 series x 3 repeticiones de 2s de aguante para finalizar mi entrenamiento, así termino mi semana, recuerden descansar y no olviden " el movimiento es vida" .
After resting for about 6 minutes, I started my plank work, as the first exercise after being almost a week without training anything, I performed straddle holds but without focusing so much on being as linear as possible, I am in order to know how to accommodate in case of being too high the plank, I did 4 sets of 2 reps for 3s, as a second straddle exercise from straddle lean, this one already more controlled and with better posture, I did 4 sets x 3 reps of 2s to finish my training, this is the end of my week, remember to rest and don't forget "movement is life".
