Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , después de días de haber estado descansando por molestias y sensaciones incómodas al momento de entrenar, decidí trabajar mi empuje en general con una rutina híbrida , así que inicio con mi calentamiento enfocado en hombros , pectoral, muñecas, terminado el calentamiento y como primer ejercicio realize fondos , este ejercicio lo trabaje en formato emon de 15 minutos por 20 repeticiones , este ejercicio enfocado a trabajar por completo mi fuerza de empuje en general , segundo ejercicio press banca inclinado con mancuernas ,ya acá trabaje con pesas buscando reforzar mi fuerza y trabajar un poco la musculación del pectoral superior , de este ejercicio realice 15 repeticiones de 4 series con mancuernas de 15kg .

Como tercer y último ejercicio aperturas en peck deck , este ejercicio me gusta bastante ya que en cierto punto realiza el mismo trabajo que hacer flexiones en anillas , realice 15 repeticiones de 4 series siempre trabajando las repeticiones totalmente controladas para enfocar bastante a fuerza y generar congestión para la hipertrofia muscular , luego de estos ejercicios realice un estiramiento para entrar en frío , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida

As third and last exercise openings in peck deck, this exercise I like quite a lot because at some point performs the same work as doing push-ups in rings, perform 15 repetitions of 4 sets always working fully controlled repetitions to focus enough strength and generate congestion for muscle hypertrophy, after these exercises perform a stretch to get cold, do not forget to take care of your body you are wanted in Grande and remember that the "movement is life".
