HRV nadal niskie, a Garmin pokazuje wskaźnik obciążenia na poziomie 0,4. Mimo to udało się zrobić kolejny krok.
30 minut biegu na bieżni – 4,91 km w tempie 6:07/km przy średnim tętnie 130 bpm. Nogi początkowo nie chciały współpracować i miałem ochotę skończyć po piętnastu minutach, ale tętno pozostawało niskie, więc postanowiłem dociągnąć do końca.

HRV is still low and Garmin shows a training load ratio of only 0.4, but another small step forward was made.
I completed a 30-minute treadmill run – 4.91 km at 6:07/km with an average heart rate of 130 bpm. My legs felt heavy at first and I almost stopped after fifteen minutes, but my heart rate stayed low, so I decided to keep going.

Zaraz po biegu przyszedł czas na siłę. Prawie pół godziny pracy nad klatką piersiową, barkami, tricepsem i brzuchem. Mocy było trochę mniej niż tydzień temu, ale tym razem trening siłowy wykonywałem już po trzydziestu minutach biegu, więc taki spadek był właściwie do przewidzenia.

Right after the run came a strength session. Nearly thirty minutes focused on chest, shoulders, triceps and abs. I felt slightly weaker than last week, but this time the workout was done after thirty minutes of running, so that was expected.

Piękna pogoda nadal skutecznie odciąga od siedzenia przed komputerem i klikania w internecie. Więcej czasu pochłania ogród, sprawy rodzinne i zwykłe korzystanie z lata. Nie zawsze jest idealnie pod sport, ale czasem właśnie takie dni najlepiej przypominają, że równowaga też jest częścią treningu.

The beautiful weather still keeps me away from sitting in front of a computer and spending time online. More time goes into the garden, family matters and simply enjoying summer. It isn't always perfect for training, but days like these are a good reminder that balance is also part of the process.

Najbardziej cieszy mnie jednak coś innego. Powoli wraca to dobrze znane uczucie lekkiego napięcia mięśniowego. Nie zakwasy i nie ból, ale świadomość, że mięśnie znowu zaczynają żyć i przypominają sobie, do czego zostały stworzone.

What makes me happiest is something else. That familiar feeling is slowly coming back. Not soreness and not pain, but a pleasant muscular tension reminding me that my muscles are waking up again and remembering what they were built for.
