Dzień bez szaleństw. Klasyczna rozgrzewka — tym razem na orbitreku zamiast bieżni (nie biegam do soboty z uwagi na regenerację soleusa) — a potem konkretny trening siłowy: klatka, barki i triceps 🔥💪.

Spokojnie, bez pośpiechu, ale z pełnym skupieniem na ruchu i technice. Mięśnie dobrze spompowane, wyniki siłowe zadowalające 💪

A day without any craziness. A classic warm-up — this time on the elliptical instead of the treadmill (no running until Saturday to let the soleus recover) — followed by a solid strength session: chest, shoulders and triceps 🔥💪.

Calm, no rush, full focus on movement and technique. Muscles nicely pumped and strength numbers satisfying 💪

Dawno się nie widzieliśmy, więc cała taśma tylna napięta jak struna… oj bolało. Ten znajomy, głęboki ból, który pojawia się wtedy, gdy ciało dostaje dokładnie to, czego potrzebuje. Nie będę wchodził w szczegóły — kto przeżył choć raz, ten wie o czym piszę. Łokieć wbity dokładnie w miejsce spięcia w pośladkowym wielkim potrafi powalić nawet największego kozaka.

Manualne rozluźnianie to nic innego jak powolne „odpuszczanie” napięcia, które zbiera się tygodniami: ucisk, praca na powięzi, przywracanie zakresu ruchu i sygnał dla mięśni, że mogą w końcu puścić.

The best “attractions” were waiting in the evening — physiotherapy with Kamila 🫣
We hadn’t met in a while, so the entire posterior chain felt tight as a string… and yes, it hurt. That familiar deep pain that shows up when the body finally gets what it needs. I won’t go into details — anyone who’s experienced it knows exactly what I mean.

An elbow pressed right into a tight glute can humble even the toughest guy. Manual therapy is basically a slow release of tension built up over weeks: pressure, fascia work, restoring range of motion and reminding the muscles they can finally let go.

Lubię ten moment po fizjo — człowiek wychodzi trochę połamany, chodzi jak robot i zastanawia się, jak jutro rano w ogóle wstanie z łóżka 😅

Wujek Garmin na kolejne dni planuje dla mnie sprinty (podbijanie strefy beztlenowej), a ja nie biegam do soboty… Ciekawe jak wyjdą sprinty na orbitreku 🤔🫣🤪🤣

I like that moment after physio — you walk out a bit broken, moving like a robot and wondering how you’ll even get out of bed tomorrow morning 😅

Uncle Garmin is planning sprints for the next days (to boost the anaerobic zone), and I’m not running until Saturday… I wonder how sprint intervals on the elliptical will turn out 🤔🫣🤪🤣
