LET'S EAT "Suman Bulanghoy with coffee"

What's a pleasant day everyone!! How are you today ☀️ ☀️?
I want to share you all my breakfast this morning here in province of Bohol,the "Suman Bulanghoy " with coffee Blanca! A simple breakfast just like this can satisfied my cravings of this kind of foods .

My mother love to make this kind of foods ,especially if my all siblings are there and her granddaughters visit on their house.It's was so happy to eat like this together with my family and my daughter that she really likes this too.

"Suman Bolanghoy" is a Filipino food snacks that made of kamoteng kahoy or Cassava root.This kind of RootCraps Cassava is a good source of carbohydrates, potassium, and vitamin C. It also contains resistant starch, which can benefit gut health and blood sugar management.

Cassava roots are peeled before use and can be cooked in various ways, such as boiling, roasting, or baking. They are also used to make cassava flour or tapioca, which can be used as substitute for wheat flour.
