Rutina de piernas con mancuernas 🔥[ESP | ENG]






Hola amigos de #Hive, #SWC y #Liketu. El dÃa de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografÃas de un pequeño entrenamiento de pierna que realice. Este entrenamiento estuvo compuesto por los siguientes ejercicios: Sentadilla isométrica, zancadas, sentadilla búlgara, sentadilla sumo y elevaciones de cadera. Como era un entrenamiento rápido realice unas 3 series de cada ejercicio y en cuanto a repeticiones entre 10 y 20.
Hello friends of #Hive, #SWC and #Liketu. Today I want to share with you some photographs of a small leg workout I did. This workout was made up of the following exercises: Isometric squat, lunges, Bulgarian squat, sumo squat and hip raises. As it was a quick workout, I did about 3 sets of each exercise and in terms of repetitions between 10 and 20.
