Hola amigos de #Hive, #SWC y #Liketu. El día de hoy quiero mostrarles está pequeña rutina de cuerpo completo que realice el día de hoy, ya que estuve algo corta de tiempo. En esta rutina realicé ejercicios de diferentes grupos musculares. realice flexiones, plancha abdominal, elevación de pelvis, sentadilla, peso muerto y algunas zancadas. En cuanto a series realice un volumen bajo de 3 y repeticiones de entre 8 - 15.
