Hola familia y amigos de #HIVE #LIKETU y #SWC espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes fotografías de mi entrenamiento el día de hoy. Últimamente me estoy sintiendo bastante fuerte en los estáticos, tanto plancha como front, ya estoy comenzando a quitar liga y hacer combos mucho más largos, de verdad muy contento con los resultados. De igual forma seguiré entrenando con progresiones más bajas y una vez a la semana hacer el skill como tal.

Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC, I hope you are well. Today I want to share with you photographs of my training today. Lately I have been feeling quite strong in the statics, both plank and front, I am already starting to remove the band and do much longer combos, I am really very happy with the results. Likewise, I will continue training with lower progressions and do the skill as such once a week.
