Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una publicación referente a mi entrenamiento de front lever. Hoy fue un día en el cual sentí bastante baja energía, por temas de tiempo me tocó entrenar más temprano de lo normal, lo que hizo que no estuviera al 100% de fuerza. Este es el segundo entrenamiento de volúmen de la primera semana. Hoy realice rutina de base, es decir realice progresiones como la tuck adv y la half, dónde realice combos de altas repeticiones en los power moves, como los presses y pull ups. Comencé realizando 5-5-5 de half, aunque ya en las últimas pull ups no llegaba a pegar y en lo presses iban momentos en que perdía retracción, pero se consiguieron, en los aguantes es donde más noto comodidad actualmente, aunque si baje resistencia en segundos, he vuelto a recuperar postura y solidez en los aguantes. Luego de realizar unas cuantas series en half volví a realizar el mismo proceso pero con la tuck adv, está vez aplicando un volumen de 7-7-7 es decir, 7 pull ups + 7 presses y 7 segundos de aguantes. Luego de este pequeño entrenamiento de front combine con algo de musculación.

Today was a day in which I felt quite low on energy, due to time issues I had to train earlier than usual, which meant I wasn't at 100% strength. This is the second volume workout of the first week. Today I did a base routine, that is, I did progressions like the tuck adv and the half, where I performed high-rep combos in power moves, such as presses and pull-ups. I started doing 5-5-5 half, although in the last pull-ups I couldn't quite hit and in the presses there were moments where I lost retraction, but they were achieved. The holds are where I feel the most comfortable currently, although I did lose resistance in seconds, I have regained posture and solidity in the holds. After doing a few sets on the half, I repeated the same process with the adv tuck, this time applying a volume of 7-7-7, meaning 7 pull-ups + 7 presses and 7 seconds of holds. After this short front workout, I combined some strength training.
