Mi mañana de entrenamiento [ESP| ENG]
Bienvenidos Hivers y comunidad de SWC, quiero presentarles unas fotos en dónde el día de ayer estaba con sueño, pero no quería dormir así que decidí ir al parque a entrenar hice estáticos un poco de freestyle y básico para prepararme para la competencia que se acerca aquí en Maracaibo.
La verdad fue bonito ir de mañana hay personas que fueron amables y me subieron el ánimo me grabaron haciendo freestyle me preguntaban sobre qué es la calistenia y como empecé y eso me motivo de alguna manera.
Intentaré ir más seguido de mañana, ya que es más tranquilo que en la tarde.

Welcome Hivers and SWC community, I want to show you some pictures where yesterday I was sleepy, but I didn't want to sleep so I decided to go to the park to train I did some static freestyle and basic to prepare for the competition coming up here in Maracaibo.
The truth was nice to go in the morning, there are people who were kind and raised my spirits, they recorded me doing freestyle, they asked me about what calisthenics is and how I started and that motivated me in some way.
I will try to go more often in the morning as it is quieter than in the afternoon.
