Hello friends of Hive and #SWC! Welcome to a new post where I will show you some pictures where yesterday I trained the frontlever. I did several exercises like front tuck , tuck push up, ice cream machine, and negative frontlever.

The front tuck is my favorite static, as it is very flashy and the first time I went to the park, I saw a person doing it and I was mad 🤣,because I said that's possible. It really impressed me.

Since that day the frontlever caught my attention and I set out to pull it off, it's an exercise that I have struggled to get, I hold it for 2 seconds it's not much, but for me it's amazing, as I hardly train it because I'm so focused on freestyle. However, now that I am starting to get it, I will try to maintain it and increase my duration more.
