Aubergines à la grecque

Salut à tous, une recette sympa et super simple d'aubergines au four avec des tomates, du fromage feta des olives noires de l'origan et du basilic frais.

Couper des tranches épaisses d'aubergines et ajouter par dessus des tranches de tomates.

Faire cuire une vingtaine de minutes au four avec de l'origan et un filet d'huile d'olive.

Sortir du four et mettre par dessus des tranches de feta, les olives noires, et à nouveau un filet d'huile d'olive.

Remettre au four une vingtaine de minutes à nouveau et c'est prêt.
