Otra disciplina exhibida en el evento fue el levantamiento de pesas o power lifting.

Este fin de semana en la ciudad de San Cristobal se llevó acabo el evento deportivo llamado Expo fitness Los Andes, donde se reunieron multiples disciplinas deportivas para realizar una exhibición a todo el publico de la ciudad. La entrada era gratuita así que asistieron muchisimas personas.
Entre los disciplinas deportivas que fueron encontramos: Spinning bike, voleibol, powerlifting, karate, boxeo y mma.
Quise asistir al evento a tomar fotos y aprender mas de esta disciplinas, me llevé una sorpresa al ver la gran cantidad de personas que asistieron, definitivamente en mi ciudad hay una gran cultura de deporte y ejercicios. Me encontré muchas personas conocidas a las cuales les pude tomar fotos y quedaron muy agradecidas.
Fue un bonito evento, para compartir esta gran pasion que muchos tenemos por el deporte y el ejercicio, espero que se siga realizando ya que estas cosas culturizan a las personas en cuanto a las diversas opciones en deportes que se realizan en San cristobal.
This weekend in the city of San Cristóbal, the sports event called Los Andes Fitness Expo was held, where multiple sports disciplines were brought to make an exhibition to the entire public of the city. The admission was free so a lot of people attended.
Among the sports disciplines that were found: Spinning bike, volleyball, powerlifting, karate, boxing and MMA.
I wanted to attend the event to take photos and learn more about these disciplines, I was surprised to see the large number of people who attended, definitely in my city there is a great culture of sports and exercises. I met many well-known people of whom I was able to take photos and they were very grateful.
It was a nice event, to share this great passion that many of us have for sports and exercise, I hope it continues because these things educate people in the terms of the various options for sports that take place in San Cristobal.

Definitivamente la energía deportiva estaba alta!! todo el mundo compartiendo una pasión, fue un grandioso dia!
Las fotos están buenas. Por lo general en este tipo de eventos hay mucha gente que ama participar de una forma u otra. Al final es más que un deporte, es mantener una buena salud lo mayor posible.
