Bangkok city view with the Chao Phraya River in the evening and at night 🌙

Hello friends! Today, I captured some photos of Bangkok around the Charoen Nakhon area, in the evening and at night . Usually, Bangkok’s beauty comes from its tall buildings, and at night, the lights reflecting from different angles make it look stunning ✨. But today, when I took the photos, you could see the sky was red because it’s still the rainy season ☔.

The weather is humid 🌫️, but I love the sound of rain when I sleep—it makes me feel so relaxed and sleep comfortably 😌💤. How about you, friends? How do you feel about the rain? 🌧️

Evening view

In the evening, the sky was still clear, but the clouds were very thick and scattered with dark patches ☁️🌑. It made me feel unsure about going for a walk outside because I was afraid it might rain, so I decided to watch a movie in my room instead 🎬🛋️.

During this month, the river water turns brown 🌊, which is typical for the rainy season. It looks murky, almost unclean, but this is because of the heavy rainfall that brings a high volume of water and causes suspended sediments in the river. This makes the water appear muddy or even reddish, like clay 🌫️🟤. However, outside the rainy season, the Chao Phraya River is usually clear and transparent 💧.

Night view

At night, the sky turned red 🌇, and a cool breeze 🌬️ passed through my room. It felt like a real relaxing holiday, just spending time in my room 🛋️. I really love the evening 🌃 because you can see the city lights all around Bangkok ✨🏙️.

What I love the most is the view of the Chao Phraya River 🌊🚤, with many boats floating in the water. It’s a bit of a shame that sometimes at night there are fireworks 🎆, which would make the view even more beautiful 😅.
