Beef Pares sa Calajo-an, Minglanilla

After groceries, I spontaneously craved beef pares. So we went to Calajo-an, Minglanilla to try their beef pares. Its location is beside AA BBQ. The place has a variety of foods on the other side (carenderia), but I chose beef pares. I was excited because they said it was delicious, so I went.

It was hot when it was served. The table has condiments to taste. When I tasted it, it was like what I had in Manila. The soup was sticky, just the way I wanted it. and many beef slices of meat are served too. The Java rice was good. They served many variations on their menu too. I also bought mango tapioca; it was okay but not sweet.

Overall, it was a good experience. A must try!
