Hoy quería comer algo sabroso, entonces me antoje de comer salchichas pero no es perro caliente.

Así que compré unas salchichas, las puse en un sartén a que se cocinaran, con pan Árabe, lechuga, tomate y salsa de ajo.

Al mio le puse un poco de cebolla que puse en el sarten mientras se hacías las salchichas. También le puse poca salsa, solo para darle un sabor sabroso.

Una cena sencilla y rápida, no muy saludable, pero no me siento mal como cuando como comida en la calle.

Tomando días para cambiar el hábito alimenticio y cuidar más lo que comemos, hoy es viernes y el cuerpo lo sabe.

A delicious dinner for a Friday

Today I wanted to eat something tasty, so I craved sausage but it's not a hot dog.

So I bought some sausages, put them in a pan to cook, with Arabic bread, lettuce, tomato and garlic sauce.

I put a little onion on mine that I put in the pan while the sausages were cooking. I also put a little sauce on it, just to give it a savory flavor.

A simple and quick dinner, not very healthy, but I don't feel bad like when I eat street food.

Taking days to change the eating habit and take more care of what we eat, today is Friday and the body knows it.
