Franco Manca Pizzeria -Edinburgh

This was my first time visiting Franco Manca's pizzeria in Edinburgh.

This is probably the nicest garlic bread I have every tried.

I decided top try the No7 Pizza which has...Lightly smoked beechwood spicy salami, organic tomato, mozzarella, caramelised red onions, homemade Franco’s chilli oil & fresh basil

The pizza was good value for £9.95 .I would give this one a solid 8.5 out of 10.

My father decided to try the Yellowfin tuna, roasted baby plum tomatoes, Kalamata black olives, yellow peppers, mixed leaves, shallots & creamy tuna dressing pasta.

Franco Mancas only option for beer is there own brand No Logo Lager which I felt was rather expensive at £4.75 for 330ml. The lager itself is pretty good and does go well with a spicy pizza but at these prices I would likely only have one drink here.
Hi Everyone
Yesterday while wandering around Edinburgh my father and I decided to have lunch in Franco Mancas Pizzeria.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprize.
With Edinburgh being Scotland's capital city there are no shortage of places to find amazing pizza.
I am currently on a quest to find the best pizza the city has to offer.
Its hard to overlook Franco Mancas as it is very close to the Princess street bus depot, so when heading into the main streets of Princess street or the Royal Mile I always walk passed this place.
The menu is pretty well priced by big city standards .The spicy pepperoni pizza I had was good value for £9.95 , my only real complaint here is that the drinks are kind of expensive at close to £5 for a 330ml bottle of lager.
If your looking for good traditional Italian pizza this chain of restaurants is well worth a visit, its not the best pizza I have tried in the city but it gets a solid 8.5 from me.
