How I Went from 75kg - 62kg? 🤸♀️🥗
A few months ago, I have success my mission to achieve 62 kg, isn’t my goal yet but it nearly possible to reach 55 kg. It was quite a challenge, especially considering that during the Khmer New Year in April, I weighed in at a hefty 75 kg. To make matters worse, I managed to gain even more weight after enjoying in a hearty dinner. I remember seeing the scale hit 75 kg the very next morning, despite not eating anything more.

But here's the interesting part—I want to share with you my lunchtime routine and the way I approach my meals. Today, for example, I had a delicious plate of boiled okras. Well, you might be wondering, how can okras be exciting? Well, let me tell you, it's all about the combination!

I paired my okras with a delightful sesame seed sauce. This combo not only adds flavor to the meal but also keeps it nutritious and satisfying. Coupled with a side salad, my lunch turned into a healthy feast that would make any diet results proud.
I love how finding a ways to enjoy your meals while staying on track with your diet goals is crucial, but I have do many research on the internet and which is making smart choices and discovering the perfect combinations that make you look forward to your meals every day.

I will promise to continue my journey towards my target weight, I'll keep experimenting with different dishes and flavor combinations to keep my meals interesting and the involved of exercise in the morning as well. Not only it keeps me losing weight, but my health issues also getting better and better, have to thank to social media, I got many ideas from the content creators relate to health diet. And who knows, maybe one day, you'll be sharing your own delicious meal ideas with me as well!
Last month, I decided to go for a month check-up at the hospital. I wanted to ensure that my body was in good shape and address any concerns about my vitamin intake. When the results came out, I was relieved to find that everything was looking great. My blood levels and sugar levels were all within the normal range.

As my friend and my sister who had come to visit me at my house, I noticed their shocked expressions. They can’t believe the transformation my body had undergone in just a few months. You see, I had managed to shed more than 10 kilograms through some simple yet effective changes to my diet.

I'm at a point in my life where it seems as though if I am not careful I am going to gain weight. My biggest problem is that I love beer and beer has so many calories in it. It is a bit silly when I think about it: It is very common for me to have 6-10 beers in one sitting but I would never drink that much of anything else.
Without us conscious is such a hard thing to accept dear, and in our life we seems to enjoy our favorite food as usual as I used to addicted to beer too, but would be no more than 7 beers even though it would be a big party. Not because I don’t want more 😂, but my stomach really can’t handle large amounts. Takes care dear!
