Your food is ready, Savor the moment !

Eating in fancy restaurant is a high-end lifestyle of people living in cities. They prefer going out to such places, to enjoy the delicious, to experinece the ambience and they like to spend some quality time. But visiting such places always asks for some extra hole in the pocket. People are ready to pay anything for the food or more importantly the ambience that they experience. The taste of the food remain more or less. In contrary the lifestyle of small town and cities are just limited with nominal expenses. Though you dont get the ambience of the luxuries but yet, You will get food as per your taste.

This is exactly I did yesterday. I was craving to eat mutton after some rainy days and ask my friend to areange. He simply gave me an address to reach and I did manage to experince something unique.

There is nothing special about the set up. It was a small hatch (hut) with dim lights entering from all corners of empty spaces. The space is meant for approx 20-30 people. The place is properly ventilated and have an entrance where most of cooking done. They have the billing counter at the other side of the entrance.

The speciality of the place is that, you will get food of your taste. You just carry you mutton or chicken, and ask them to cook as per your liking. The cook were very specialised in cooking and take few minutes to prepare. They everything ready for such cooking. They have the expertize to handle orders at any given point of time. We handed over out mutton to them and they quickly put them for cooking.

The place is always filled up with aroma of differene spices and cooking of the mutton. There are multiple coal based Chula, and cooker to prepare. They keep shuffling one to other to prepare the dish. They know what quantity to serve. They keep name of the order and handed over them once they prepare it. As I went there for lunch. We sat inside in wooden table and bench for meal. In 20 min they seeve the spicy mutton in front of us.

As we were two person, the equaly divide the style and several on a paper plate. The dish just looking awesome and increased our craving. Apart from cooking these hotel, also serve hot rice and chapati. It is the customer choice what they order. I ordered chapati, while my friend ordered rice. The price were reasonable to order as much as possible.

I prefer to have the bone pieces and luckily I got one. The mutton pipe, always in demand just like people look for chicken leg pieces. It is alwsys challenging to suck the pipe to empty the mutton inside, but this time, I managed it easily.

The food was delicious and cooked properly. It does not take us long to empty the plate. We dis orde more rice and chapati in between.

It was a good eating experince, in the not so fancy restaurant. But every penny counted for the taste. The mutton was prepared as per our liking and we enjoyed them completelly. The expense was not much. For 6 chapati, 2 plate of rice, and cooking of 600 Gram of mutton costs me only Rs.170 ($2 approx)

The small town people do enjoy more than the bi cities, when it comes to food and saving money. This type of set up isnhardly found in cities. I am sure for such type of food , people in cities will have to incur approx $ 50 , but we managed it in very less amount and have an enjoyable time.
