UN ASADO FUERA DE LO COMUN , PARA FESTEJAR EL NUEVO AÑO EN FAMILIA,,,,,UN ASADO FUERA DE LO COMUN , PARA FESTEJAR EL NUEVO AÑO EN FAMILIA

Sabemos que cuando estamos en el tiempo de las fiestas de fin de año y de navidad, la cuales en lo personal las considero especiales, dado que las mismas,, es una sola ves por año, por ende es el motivo de ser especial, además las familias nos ponemos de acuerdo para disfrutar de la misma y en la medida que se puede juntos y si alguno no esta, por tener otro compromiso, esta la segunda fiesta que es año nuevo y es ahí cuando nos juntamos, en este caso para compartir un asado diferente.

Comenzando por encender el fuego, con trozos de leños, como se ve en la foto, además es para empezar a calentar la parrilla, bueno además de la parrilla, también el asador, es por eso un asado diferente.

Así que amigos preparamos medio costillas, lo acomodamos en el asador, bien condimentado y bien atado por supuesto para que de esa manera se cocine muy bien, lo cual esa es es la intención y finalidad del mismo, una ves que damos vuelta el costillar agregamos en la parrilla el resto de asado, que en este caso se trata de pollo, chorizo casero, riñón, morcilla, chinchulín y vacío.

La verdad esta foto esta tomada mas de cerca, para que se vea bien como esta saliendo el costillar y también el resto del asado

Este es la frutilla del postre, con esto quiero decir que para mi es lo mas sabroso, por supuesto si lo preparamos bien, como esta tripa gorda.

Se tubo que agrandar colocando otra parrilla, la misma es la de emergencia para estos caso, en donde se están cocinando los pollos o sea las pata y muslo, que llevan otro manera de ser asados.

De tal manera amigos, de esta forma compartimos este año nuevo con la familia, con una manera de cocinar un asado diferente, pero la verdad muy exquisito.

This is the icing on the cake, with this I mean that for me it is the tastiest, of course if we prepare it well, like this fat belly.

It had to be enlarged by placing another grill, the same is the emergency grill for this case, where the chickens are being cooked or the leg and thigh, which take another way to be roasted.

So friends, in this way we share this new year with the family, with a different way of cooking a roast, but the truth is very exquisite.
