Como todos sabemos existen días en el año en donde siempre, se colaborar con alguien para algun problema personal, el día del padre, el día de la madre, día del abuelo o abuela, día del cuñado y el gran día del amigo, que la verdad en lo personal para es muy importante por el hecho de aliviarnos el alma, pero lo importante es pasarlo con ellos, los que realmente lo necesitan, por supuesto preparando carne de res en la parrilla, la cual se trata de picañas y tapas de asado, como se ve en la foto, por supuesto que según el tiempo que vamos a necesitar, para la cocción de la misma, o sea la carne antes mencionada y también coloque en esta parrilla tapa de asado de carne de res, pero con el detalle, que a dicha parrilla la coloque en forma vertical como se ve en la foto, porque de esa manera se cocina de manera uniforme cocinarse lentamente sale bien jugosa y por supuesto muy exquisita.

En este caso lo principal es contar con todo este asado para una colaboracion y también de la cantidad de personas que compren dicha porcion de carne para colaborar , todo salio muy bien cocinado con carbón, que da mas calor para cocinar, todo este trabajo de cocción me llevo un total de 5 horas, o sea comencé muy temprano con la carne colocada sobre la parrilla, finalizando horas 14 en donde ya estaba todo muy bien cocinado y listo para ser degustado.
