BUDIN DE PAN PARA POSTRE-----BREAD PUDDING FOR DESSERT

Buenos dias a todos, que tengan un lindo fin de semana y la verdad amigos para empesar el mismo por ser hoy sabado, prepare un postre muy tradicional en las mesas de las familias, bueno es a gusto de cada uno, asi que prepare un postre, el cual se trata del budin de pan tradicional, es muy facil de prepararlo, sus ingredientes son,
pan, leche, huevo, azucar, vainillin, ralladura de limon, pasas de uva y algun licon a gusto del cocinero jajaja, es para que tenga mas sabor y sale mucho mas rico.

Para prepararlo, llevar el pan con la leche a la licuadora, licuar unos minutos, agregar los huevos de a uno y seguir licuando, incorporar el azúcar y el resto de los ingredientes, luego colocar el azúcar en una olla y calentar a fuego lento y revolverlo, hasta que el mismo se derrita, luego volcar arriba el contenido de la licuadora y llevarlo al horno, cuando notamos que obtiene el color amarronado como se ve en la fotografia, es porque ya esta cocinado, luego lo dejamos que se enfrie en la nevera y para degustarlo lo podemos acompañar con dulce de leche o crema de leche.

Well, it's up to each person's taste, so I made a dessert, which is traditional bread pudding. It's very easy to make. The ingredients are
bread, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, raisins, and some liqueur to the cook's liking, ha ha ha, to give it more flavor and make it even tastier.

To prepare it, put the bread and milk in a blender, blend for a few minutes, add the eggs one at a time and continue blending, add the sugar and the rest of the ingredients, then place the sugar in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until it melts. Then pour the contents of the blender into the pot and bake in the oven. When it turns brown, as shown in the photo, it is cooked. Let it cool in the refrigerator and serve with dulce de leche or cream.
