BISCOCHUELO DULCE PARA EL DESAYUNO-----SWEET BISCUIT FOR BREAKFAST

Buenos días a todos, para el bizcochuelo, necesitamos azúcar, agua, huevo, harina como dije anteriormente, la elaboración es muy fácil, juntamos en un volts preparamos, la harina, le agregamos, el huevo, azúcar, agua tibia, todo lo colocamos en una licuadora, le agregamos la leche, los huevos, todas las medidas son a gusto de cada uno, licuamos bien todo, luego en el molde preparamos el bizcochuelo antes mencionado, cuando esta a punto lo vertemos en el molde, que quede bien esparcido, luego lo cocinamos en el horno, hasta que notemos que cuando introduzcamos un cuchillo, el mismo salga limpio, es un truco casero, luego lo dejamos que se enfrié, para después quitarle el molde.

Por supuesto, que en la parte de arriba antes de que se termine de cocinar el bizcochuelo, preparamos la clara del huevo con abundante azúcar, batimos bien todo y le agregamos para después terminar de cocinar, quedando como vemos en la foto.
