Hola a todos, sabemos que la masa nos hace crecer un poco de costado y de frente jajaja, por tal motivo lo mejor para compartir en la merienda un sabroso pastel, el cual es muy facil para prepararlo, lo importante es que agrade a todos, mas a mis nietas, que son las que me lo pidieron, por supuesto el abuelo siempre listo y siempre presente, porque como bien lo manifeste en mis post, los nietos son la continuacion de nuestros hijos, es por eso y en la medida que puedo siempre le hago los gustos.

Para comensar agregue en un volt el hevo, los cuales los bati muy bien agregando tambien un poco de vainillin, cuando quedo todo a mis gusto.

Lo siguiente es ir agregando la harina y mesclando de esta manera no se hacen grumos, como lo pueden notar amigos la elaboracion de dicho pastel es bien a la antigua, no con batidora electrica jajaja, bueno en lo personal les digo que esa fue la manera en que aprendi.

Bueno amigos voy a resumir un poco pero con la explicacion que se merece, luego de habr batido todo muy bien, como si fuera masa para panqueque, tome un molde lo unte bien con mantequilla, luego volque en el mismo toda la masa bien batida, para despues llevarlo al horno, para saber cuando estaba cocinado, utilice la manera antigua tambien, introduciendo un cuchillo y si sale limpio es porque ya esta cocinado.

Luego de desmoldearlo, se lo corta al medio, bueno le agregue que blando de reposteria, agregue la parte de arriba, y como lo pueden notar bati la crema y le agregue en la parte de arriva con poco de chocolate, la verdad me salio muy sabroso.
