Un poco de caloria para un dia de frio, marinera de carne de res con fideoºººººA hearty meal for a cold day: beef stew with noodles

Hola a todos hoy un poco de calorias por el frio, asi que de tomar un volts, luego le agregamos huevo, cebolla,leche, ajo, un poco de picante pimienta y lo batimos muy bien, para eso tambien le agregamos un poco de harina de trigo, unas excelentes marineras o escalopines de carne de res, amigos esto es como la milanesa, solamente que la carne una ves cortada en fetas, se le agrega a una masa, lo que le da la forma a la marinera o escalopin, es muy sabrosa esta comida.

Asi que tenemos esta masa la cual se asemeja a la que utilizamos para panqueque, solamente que esta lleva ajo en polvo, leche, sal a gusto y harina de trigo, se la bate muy bien, hasta obtener la misma, a la que le agregamos la carne cortada en fetas como lo comente, quedando la misma muy bien con dicha masa.

Luego vamos quitando de la masa dicha carne, para comenzar a freirla, con aceite y grasa vegetal, la que debe de esta bien caliente, una ves que se cocina de una lado la damos vuelta, para que se termine de cocinar y la vamos agregando a una fuente.

Para cocinar el fideo, colocamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina con agua, luego cuando hierve el agua, le vertemos unas gotas de aceite, eso hace que el fideo salga bien cocinado y no con grumos, luego tomamos el fideo y lo vamos agregando, revolviendo lentamente adentro de la olla para que se cocine, cuando el mismo se cocina queda en la parte de arriba de la olla y es ahi cuando apagamos el fuego y el fideo ya listo para degustarlo.

Esta es una comida mas bien para los dias de frio, por las calorias que contiene la misma, la verdad salio muy sabrosa.

This is a dish best suited for cold days, given its high calorie content, but it really turned out very tasty.
