Hola a todos, la verdad amigos que salir un poco de la rutina, me refiero la de los dias domingos, en el cual siempre para el almuerzo por hallarse la familia toda reunida, se preparaba un buen asado, pero esta ves como dije se rompio esa rutina, por lo tanto amigos, prepare un sabroso puchero al disco, con muchas verduras y arroz.

Es asi que para preparar este plato, lo primero es calentar muy bien el disco, luego le vertemos un poco de aceite y vamos agregando dicha carne, el motivo es marcarla de ambos lados o sea que quede de un color dorado, luego la quitamos de dicho disco.

El siguiente paso es quitar la carne del disco, agregarla en una fuente, luego agregar al mismo la cebolla, la cual revolvemos un poco para que se cocine bien, agregando tambien ajo.

Despues seguimos con el resto de la verdura, cebolla morada, morron o locote de los tres colores, mas ajos y revolvemos bien todo, una ves que esta casi cocinado, hacemos lo siguiente.

Agregamos la carne la cual habiamos quitado y agregado en una fuente, de esa manera, dejamos que se cocine bien, agregando sal a gusto y tambien pimienta.

Luego mientras se cocina la carne con la verdura en el disco, el cual lo tapamos, seguimos para cocinar el arroz, para el cual agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos agua y cuando la misma esta caliente le agregamos el arroz, revolvemos y dejamos que se cocine muy bien, luego de haberse cocinado le quitamos el agua y listo.

De esta manera es como les habia comentado, referente de romper la rutina, bueno esta comida tambien contiene carne de res, pero en la manera que se cocino la misma, la verdad es un manjar jajaja.
