Matanbre de cerdo a la pizza con ensalada y arrozººººº Pizza pork slaughter with salad and rice

Hola a todos, nuevamente un domingo mas, en donde tenmos que ser muy agradecido a nuestro DIOS, por la vida, por la constancia y perseverancia en el dia a dia y en todo lo que hacemos para seguir subsistiendo, por tal motivo querdidos amigos al ser un dia muy especial, lo mejor es degustar una comida especial y de especial hablamos, lo mejor es un matanbrito de cerdo a la pizza, con arroz, papa al horno y ensalada.

Al tener dicho matanbrito, lo habro muy bien y lo agrego en un molde pizza, luego de haberle agregado sal a gusto y condimentado muy bien con savora con miel y luego un poco de oregano.

Al llevarlo al horno y luego de haberlo dado vuelta o sea de haber cocinado de un lado, le agrego la salsa de tomate, luego el queso fresco o blando como si fuera una pizza.

Luego de esto nuevamente al horno, junto con un panes para que queden los mismos calentitos y tambien esta el molde con las papas cocinandose.

Mientras se espera que el queso se derrita muy bien, aprovecho para sacar las papas y darlas vuelta asi se cocinan mejor, agregandole un poco de oregano en la parte de arriba.

La verdad amigos dicho matanbrito ya se cocino y muy bien, asi que al retirarlo del horno, lo corto en prociones para asi poder degustarlo.

Lo siguientes es preparar la ensalada la cual contiene aguacate o palta con tomate y vastante limon, con sal a gusto.

Referente al arroz, la verdad fue lo primero que se sirbieron, como lo pueden notar la olla enseguida que vacia jajaja, salio muy sabroso, con un poco de ajo y queso fresco o blando.

De esta manera disfrutamos de la vida, un domingo mas con la familia unida y en armonia, degustando este exquisito matanbrito a la pizza.
