Asado de domingo, ultimo asado del 2025ºººººSunday barbecue, the last barbecue of 2025.

Hola a todos, la verdad amigos, que siguiendo la tradicion familiar de los dias domingos, en donde se comparte un sabroso asado, bueno la verdad que este domingo es muy especial, porque el mismo es el ultimo domingo del año 2025, pero no el ultimo para compartir con la familia jajajaja, es por eso y como siempre digo en la medida que se pueda, se trata de cocinar lo mejor, lo digo por el solo hecho de que lo mejor es unas tiras de costilla de carne de res, chorizos varios y pollo, acmpañado con lechuga mantecosa, sin cortarlas, en hojas enteras.

Siempre y en cada asado amigos, lo primero es lo primero, como pueden ver es encender el fuego para dicho asado, el mismo consiste con leños y carbon vegetal,

Como bien les comente referente al asado, lo que vemos son las tiras de costilla de carne de res, es preferible como estas con un poco de grasa entre la carne y por supuesto bien condimentada, asi sale mas sabroso todo.

Lo siguiente se trata del pollo, lo mas sabroso y facil de cocinar como lo hago siempre es la pata y muslo bien condimentado.

Referente a los chorizos, los hay de carne de cerdo y caseros como asi tambien de carn de res caseros, rellenos con carne y queso y de pollo y queso.

Como siempre cuando se cocina el asado, como la carne de res tarda mas, la misma una ves que se le da vuelta, es ahi cuando agrego la carne de pollo, entonces sale todo junto.

Bueno los chorizos es mas facil de cocinarlos, porque se los da vuelta una ves y listo, ya estan para hacer la previa del asado jajajaja.

Como les comente referente a las hojas de lechuga, es mas agradable para acompañar dicho asado si a la misma luego de lavarlas bien las dejamos enteras y a gusto de cada uno.

Hello everyone, friends, the truth is that, following the family tradition of Sunday gatherings where we share a delicious barbecue, this Sunday is truly special because it’s the last Sunday of 2025—but not the last one to spend with family, haha! That’s why, as I always say, whenever possible, we try to cook the best we can. I say that simply because the best is some beef rib strips, various sausages, and chicken, accompanied by butter lettuce, served whole, in full leaves.

At every barbecue with friends, first things first: as you can see, it’s lighting the fire for the barbecue, which consists of firewood and charcoal.

As I mentioned regarding the barbecue, what we’re seeing are beef rib strips; it’s preferable to have them like this, with a bit of fat between the meat, and of course well-seasoned, so everything comes out tastier.

The following is about chicken; the tastiest and easiest to cook, as I always do, is the leg and thigh, well seasoned.

Regarding chorizos, there are pork and homemade varieties, as well as homemade beef ones, stuffed with meat and cheese, and chicken and cheese.

As always when cooking asado, since the beef takes longer, once I flip it, that’s when I add the chicken, so everything comes out together.

Well, sausages are easier to cook because you just flip them once and they’re ready for the pre-asado snack, haha.

As I mentioned regarding the lettuce leaves, it’s more enjoyable to serve with the barbecue if, after washing them thoroughly, we leave them whole and let everyone help themselves.
