Island Girl's Diary Opening Auntie Daeng's Curry Rice Shop! Everyone is welcome 💖

🌺 Good morning from this island girl, my lovely friends! ✨🌴

The weather on Koh Phangan this morning is wonderful, refreshing, and bright! I woke up early, dressed in comfortable island style, and am ready to tackle work with full energy

Today, Aunt Daeng's curry rice shop opens a little late, around 10:00 AM, because we had a busy night selling until late. But even though we're a little tired, we're energized and ready to welcome everyone! This morning, our curry rice stall is fully stocked with a variety of fragrant and delicious Thai dishes, including green curry massaman, panang chicken, creamy tom kha gai, spicy stir-fried basil chicken, chicken stir-fried with chili, and our mixed vegetable stir-fry, a favorite among foreign tourists who always say "Wow!" 🍛🔥

Once the shop was open and the storefront was set up, foreign tourists and locals alike started to come in. I took on the role of a service-oriented vendor, recommending delicious dishes and sharing stories about Thai food with great enthusiasm. During the quieter periods, I took the opportunity to take beautiful photos and write articles documenting my daily life. I really worked to the fullest every minute!

My daily work goal is very simple: to sell all the delicious Thai food. Once it's all gone, it's time to go home. Usually, it's in the evening, around 9 PM, which is a good and satisfying time. Even though packing up the shop and getting home requires a lot of energy, and working here means standing all day, requiring endurance and being quite tiring, I feel very happy and proud inside.
My greatest pride isn't just selling all the food, but being able to work here and have the opportunity to take care of my mother closely every day. All the tiredness disappears when I see the smiles of my family. 💖
