Las Pizzas de Tony´s Bike. ESP-ENG

Feliz de compartir con ustedes, esos momentos foodies que nos llenan de felicidad y es que existen tantos lugares donde te hacen vivir una experiencia sensorial inolvidable y uno de ellos se llama Tony´s Bike. En uno de mis post anteriores les hablé un poco acerca de la arquitectura, la temática y el diseño de esta cafetería que sin lugar a dudas se las trae. Pero, es que no solo nos regala un ambiente cómodo y bonito visualmente, su comida es realmente deliciosa, o al menos esta Pizza estaba para chuparse los dedos, tanto que se ha ganado el título de mi pizzería favorita en Mérida, Venezuela.

Hace un par de semanas, mi familia y yo visitamos, por primera vez, este sitio, y quedamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia, desde que llegas, sientes un ambiente muy agradable, acompañado de una atención maravillosa. Este día era mi cumpleaños y tenía muchas ganas de comer pizzas, había escuchado que aquí eran muy buenas, pero sentía un poco de miedo, porque llegue a pensar que tal vez, sería muy costoso.

Al llegar, nos ofrecieron una mesa para cuatro personas, muy cómodas e inmediatamente nos dejaron el menú. Cuando lo abrí, lo primero que revise fue sus precios y me sorprendí, porque no son para nada exagerados, además nos ofrecen un abanico de opciones para degustar, desde distintos tipos de desayunos hasta una gran variedad de platos gourmet, hamburguesas, postres y bebidas que parecen muy tentadoras.

I'm happy to share with you, those foodie moments that fill us with happiness and there are so many places where they make you live an unforgettable sensory experience and one of them is called Tony's Bike. In one of my previous posts I talked a little about the architecture, the theme and the design of this cafe that without a doubt has it all. But not only does it give us a comfortable and visually beautiful environment, its food is really delicious, or at least this Pizza was to lick your fingers, so much so that it has earned the title of my favorite pizzeria in Mérida, Venezuela.

A couple of weeks ago, my family and I visited this site for the first time, and we were very satisfied with the experience, since you arrive, you feel a very pleasant atmosphere, accompanied by wonderful attention. This day was my birthday and I really wanted to eat pizzas, I had heard that they were very good here, but I felt a little afraid, because I came to think that maybe it would be very expensive.

When we arrived, they offered us a table for four people, very comfortable and immediately left us the menu. When I opened it, the first thing I reviewed was their prices and I was surprised, because they are not at all exaggerated, in addition they offer us a range of options to taste, from different types of breakfast to a wide variety of gourmet dishes, hamburgers, desserts and drinks that seem very tempting.

Ya les he contado que a mi hijo les encantan las papas, así que lo primero que pedimos fue un servicio de chips, estaban crocantes y tenían un sabor delicioso. Estaban bañadas en diferentes tipos de salsas, entre ellas una muy parecida a la tártara, con un sabor exquisito, además de la infaltable salsa de tomate y queso parmesano.

Pedimos un refresco de manzana, este es uno de mis sabores favoritos y combino muy bien con nuestra comida. En cuanto a las pizzas tenían diversas opciones, muy llamativas y me fascinaron sus nombres porque algunos son alusivos a zonas de Mérida y otros a cosas relacionadas con el ciclismo.

Después de pensarlo un poco elegimos, la pizza llamada Páramo Tony´s, compuesta por Mozzarella, pomodoro, peperoni, y tres tipos de salchicha (Alemana, Polaca, Debrecziner)

We ordered an apple soda, this is one of my favorite flavors and it goes very well with our food. As for the pizzas they had various options, very eye-catching and I was fascinated by their names because some are allusive to areas of Mérida and others to things related to cycling.

After thinking about it for a while we chose, the pizza called Páramo Tony's , made with Mozzarella, pomodoro, peperoni, and three types of sausage (German, Polish, Debrecziner).

Unos 20 minutos después, ahí estaban en nuestra mesa, con un color precioso, el peperoni lleno de vida, la pizza, visualmente se veía perfecta, cada centímetro de ella estaba llena de sabor. Nos ofrecieron orégano y aceite de oliva y esto sin duda realza los sabores y las hace aún mas deliciosas.

Nunca había probado la salchicha Debrecziner, pero su sabor ahumado, un poco picante, resaltaba de las otras, tal vez, esté confundiendo los sabores, la salchicha polaca era la más familiar para mí. Tenía la cantidad suficiente de queso, la Mozzarella como siempre con ese sabor tan agradable y de la salsa pomodoro ni hablemos, unía todos los ingredientes y hacía que cada bocado estuviese lleno de magia. En cuanto a la masa, estaba crocante y suave al mismo tiempo, muy rica.

They offered us oregano and olive oil and this definitely enhances the flavors and makes them even more delicious.

I had never tried Debrecziner sausage, but its smoky, slightly spicy flavor stood out from the others, perhaps I am confusing the flavors, the Polish sausage was the most familiar to me. It had enough cheese, the Mozzarella as always with that so pleasant flavor and of the tomato sauce let's not even talk about it, it brought together all the ingredients and made each bite full of magic. As for the dough, it was crispy and soft at the same time, very rich.

Esta ha sido una experiencia foodie fascinante, hemos quedado con muchas ganas de volver y probar otros platos y postres. Es el sitio ideal para salir de la rutina, ir por un café o endulzar una tarde. Además, todo su entorno es agradable y armónico con un diseño único.
