Jelou mis nakamas de #SWC , hoy les traigo una rutina básica de full flexiones, en sus distintan variaciones, acompañen a ver lo 💣💣 de el día de hoy.
Primero empezamos con flexiones rusas, 10x3, luego con explosivas y explosivas con aplauso 12x3, seguido de flexión en arqueras 🏹, para luego terminar con flexiones mega explosivas 8x2
Yo quise un extra de flexiones a la cadera 9x3, pero estaba tan cansado que solamente hice la mitad al final 🤣, aún así todo hizo el mayor efecto 🪀🔥.
Estos son combos base para empezar a combinarlas seguidamente, en velocidad y sincronizadamente se ve muy bien y de paso uno da un show inolvidable 🏆➕.
Para terminar dejo una foto de mi amigo Gabo que quiso volar en una flexion 🤣😂, y que al final decistio, y dije : 'bueno nada MEQUE Q?
