Hello everyone, today I'm greeting you with Japanese food again. Today's Japanese restaurant is MOYA, located in Alexandria, Italy. Today we went for lunch and as usual, it was a buffet. All-you-can-eat. Japanese food is a restaurant that we often go to because it's not just sushi. There are many dishes to choose from. The food is delicious and Asian food is very good. This is the 4th time we've been to MOYA. If we go to this city, we usually stop by to eat here. Actually, there are many restaurants to choose from, but this is the most convenient place to pass through. It's easy to find parking, so we chose this restaurant. The decoration of the restaurant is in a modern style, which is all in this color tone. We were almost the first group of customers to arrive.

When we entered the restaurant, there was a staff to welcome us and take us to a table. We had been here before, so the staff didn't have to introduce us. There is a QR code scanner here. If anyone doesn't have Wi-Fi, they can scan to access the Wi-Fi. And scan to order the menu. I like this very much. Every time I order, I have to wait for the order. Most Japanese restaurants are sushi. We don't order much sushi, which is rice balls. But there are some pieces of each type. I want to eat a variety, so I ordered many things. Each type is only two pieces, not a lot. So we can order many things to eat. In addition to the large dishes like ramen, various noodles.

I eat a little raw fish. Mostly I eat it a little burnt. And the regular food that I go to almost every time is the shrimp skewers. Each skewer has three pieces. Some restaurants grill it, but this restaurant frys it. It has a little crispiness from the flour. It's delicious. And another thing that comes with it is grilled red shrimp. Actually, I like it very much. I will order a lot, but some restaurants will set a limit of no more than two.

This new seafood is mussels stir-fried in oil. This menu is also very much liked, ordered twice and got addicted because the meat of the oyster is not dry, can feel that it is fresh, get the taste of the oyster and oil that go together perfectly, like it very much.

The rest will be general menus, fried food, dim sum, almost forgot today added stir-fried menu, normally rarely order, but today ordered stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts and stir-fried bamboo shoots with shiitake mushrooms, I have to say that both of these are really delicious, the taste is not too salty, it is well-rounded, the chicken meat is very soft, delicious that want to eat with rice, like it again Lol
