All of mine menu cooking 🍜🥗🍗🥩

Hi everyone! I've been absent for a few days because I haven't been in the mood to do anything. The weather is still cold and the sun is scarce, so I've been feeling a bit down and haven't had the energy to write a blog or do anything in my daily life. I've also been stressed about several things lately, but I'm still forcing myself to exercise.

Okay, today I'll show you what I eat for each meal. Lately, I've been focusing on protein and vegetables, but I usually like eating this kind of food. I don't go to extremes with protein, but I try to get enough. Normally, my body needs more than what I eat. If I calculate my protein intake, I realize I'm not getting enough because I want to exercise and control my diet, but it's difficult.

And this is everything I eat. As I said, it's mostly vegetables, and my favorite foods are noodles, like noodle soup. Sometimes I make soup and add spaghetti noodles – it's a fusion food, very varied and delicious. I add chicken and eggs, as I mentioned, to increase my protein intake.

For breakfast, if I feel hungry (I usually don't eat breakfast, but if I skip dinner, I'll have Greek yogurt with avocado and then go exercise around noon. I usually do this regularly, sprinkled with black sesame seeds. For some dishes, I sprinkle black sesame seeds on top, or sometimes I grind them finely and add them in. I know black sesame seeds are beneficial.

Besides that, I usually blanch vegetables like salad greens or broccoli and eat them with other things; that's another delicious option. Salads aren't heavily seasoned; I just add olive oil or a vinegar dressing. Lately, I've been trying to take care of my health, but sometimes I eat late dinners, and some days I don't even take pictures of my food because I'm too lazy to pick up the camera.

And it's papaya salad again, as usual. I have many variations of my papaya salad; sometimes I add carrots. Actually, papaya salad isn't difficult to make; you just change the main ingredients. Sometimes I use cucumbers, carrots, or other types of noodles, but I stick to the same seasonings. It's very versatile.

And that's all my food. It's easy to make, doesn't take long, and most importantly, I enjoy eating food I've cooked myself. I hope everyone enjoys this post and I'm grateful for all the positive feedback.
