(ENG-ESP) Exquisite chicken with sauteed vegetables and ginger

- Good evening, dear hivers, I hope you had a wonderful Saturday! This time, I'm going to explain how to prepare a "delicious chicken with sauteed vegetables and ginger". The magic of this recipe lies in the delicious contrast that all the ingredients acquire during the cooking process. I hope you enjoy this delicious dish!
- Buenas noches queridos hivers, espero que hayan pasado un sábado genial! En esta ocasión, les explico como preparar un "delicioso pollo con vegetales salteados y jengibre". La magia de esta receta la encontramos en el apetitoso contraste que adquieren TODOS los ingredientes durante el proceso de cocción, espero que disfruten el proceso de esta exquisitez!

- INGREDIENTS: zucchini, carrot, red bell pepper, scallions, garlic cloves, onion, potatoes, chicken breast, butter, brown sugar, pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, and ginger.
- INGREDIENTES: calabacín, zanahoria, pimiento rojo, cebollín, dientes de ajo, cebolla, patatas, pechuga de pollo, mantequilla, azúcar morena, pimienta, ajo en polvo, cúrcuma y jengibre.




- Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, cook them in a pot with enough water, and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. When they're tender, set them aside for use in the final step.
- Cortamos las patatas en cubos "medianos", cocinamos en una olla con suficiente agua, agregamos 1/2 cucharadita de sal. Cuando comprobemos que se ablandaron, reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.


- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, pepper, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
- Cortamos la pechuga de pollo en trozos "pequeños", sazonamos con: ajo en polvo, cúrcuma, pimienta, azúcar morena y sal. Mezclamos bien, reservamos durante 25 minutos en la nevera.

- We fry the chicken cubes over medium-high heat, stir-frying until they are ready (set aside).
- Sofreímos a fuego "medio-alto" los cubos de pollo, salteamos hasta comprobar que están listos (reservamos).


- This is how succulent our chicken turned out! The "brown sugar" will add a spectacular sweetness!
- Así de suculento quedó nuestro pollo! El "azúcar morena" aportará un sabor "dulzón" espectacular!

- We fry the onion (cut into julienne strips) and the garlic cloves... We will use the same pan where we cooked the chicken, add 1 teaspoon of butter... Sauté until golden brown (season with salt and pepper).
- Sofreímos la cebolla (cortamos en julianas) y los dientes de ajo... Utilizaremos el mismo sartén donde cocinamos el pollo, añadimos 1 cucharadita de mantequilla... Salteamos hasta que se doren (salpimentamos).


- In this step, we place the carrot... We cut it into "thin" wheels.
- En este paso, colocamos la zanahoria... Cortamos en ruedas "delgadas".

- We add the "zucchini", leaving the skin on to enjoy its appetizing "crunchy" texture... We add the bell pepper, preferably "red".
- Agregamos el "calabacín", dejamos la piel para disfrutar de su apetitosa textura "crujiente"... Incorporamos el pimiento, preferiblemente "rojo".


- We add our "star ingredient", which will provide a VERY exquisite contrast... We add the "ginger", the amount will depend on the intensity you want to enjoy, in my case I added 1 level teaspoon, enough to feel its slightly "spicy" flavor.
- Integramos nuestro "ingrediente estrella", el que aportará un contraste MUY exquisito... Colocamos el "jengibre", la cantidad dependerá de la intensidad que deseen disfrutar, en mi caso añadí 1 cucharadita rasa, cantidad suficiente para sentir su sabor ligeramente "picantoso".

- We add the chicken that we had reserved, along with the "chives".
- Añadimos el pollo que teníamos reservado, junto con el "cebollín".



- We add the "potatoes", mixing with gentle, enveloping movements.
- Incorporamos las "patatas", mezclamos con movimientos suaves y envolventes.
