Let’s make an easy salmon spaghetti dish!

Hello friends! For this post, I’d like to share my cooking experience. Today, I made salmon spaghetti 🍝🐟, made even more delicious with creamy sauce. Honestly, I’m not very skilled at making this kind of dish πŸ˜…, as I usually focus on Thai cuisine πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­. But sometimes I get a little bored and want to try something new, so I only make dishes like this once in a while.

My cooking style is actually quite simple 🍳, and I focus on flavors that I personally enjoy πŸ˜‹. Haha, because I’m the one eating it! But cooking also brings a different kind of fun, and I always feel happy when I see my finished dish 😍, especially when I get to season it just the way I like.

So, let’s get started and make some salmon spaghetti together! 🍝✨

The ingredients are as follows:

  1. Salmon – 200 g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  2. Butter – 2 tbsp
  3. Spaghetti – 180 g
  4. Parsley – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  5. Pasta cream (heavy cream) – 100 ml
  6. Parmesan cheese – 30 g, grated
  7. Salt – Β½ tsp (or to taste)
  8. Black pepper – ΒΌ tsp (freshly ground)
  9. Fresh milk – 100 ml

Step 1 : Cook the Spaghetti

  • Add water and a little oil to a pot to keep the spaghetti from sticking, then bring it to a boil.
  • Add the spaghetti (180 g) and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (tender but slightly firm).
  • Drain the pasta, then toss it with butter for a fragrant touch.

Step 2 : While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, prepare the ingredients for the cream sauce.

I washed the parsley and lemon thoroughly, finely chopped the parsley, sliced the lemon, and cut the salmon into small cubes.

Step 3 : Prepare the salmon

  • Season the salmon (200 g) with a little salt and black pepper.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Pan-sear the salmon until golden brown on both sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  • Remove and set aside.

Step 4 : Make the cream sauce

  • In the same pan where the salmon was cooked, with a little butter left in the pan 🧈,
  • Add fresh milk (100 ml), pasta cream (100 ml), and Parmesan cheese πŸ§€, stirring gently to combine.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon πŸ‹ to taste.
  • Simmer over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens 🍲.
  • Add the parsley 🌿 and stir for about 30 seconds.

Step 5 : Garnish and serve

  • Plate the spaghetti, top with sauce and salmon, and add extra Parmesan if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your meal! 🍝🐟✨

And this is a pasta dish that makes me want to cook it again πŸ˜‹, because it has the rich, creamy flavor with a hint of saltiness, paired with delicious salmon 🐟. It’s another dish that brings so much joy when eating!
