Heute geht es hier weiter mit einer Nascherei zum nachmittaglichen Kaffeetisch.
Du siehst hier einen Kuchen mit einem Eischneedeckel, welcher anscheind sehr kurz gebacken wird, den das Eiweiss ist fast so soft wie Sahne. Die Eigelb finden sich in der Johannesbeermasse.
Das Küchlein ist so kompakt, dass man es sehr gut auch teilen kann.
Wenn man das ganze Stück alleine isst, ist man danach pap satt.

Here we go again today with a sweet tooth for the afternoon coffee table.
You see here a cake with an egg white top, which is apparently baked very briefly, because the egg white is almost as soft as cream. The egg yolks are found in the currant mixture.
The cake is so compact that it is very easy to share.
If you eat the whole piece by itself, you are full afterwards.
