Hallo, liebe Hive Gemeinschaft
Heute war ich auswärts essen.
Du siehst hier einen Mostbraten mit Sauce, Knödel und bayrischem Kraut.
Der Mostbraten besteht aus gegrilltem Schweinenacken und in der schönen dunklen Bratensauce ist ein guter Schuss Most.
Der Most schmeckt wie Apfelwein und passt hervorragend zu den Knödeln und dem Kraut.
Zum Trinken habe ich mir ein großes, frisch gezapftes Colaweizen gegönnt.
Das allein war schon ein Genuss.

Hello, dear Hive community
Today I went out for dinner.
You see here a Mostbraten with sauce, dumplings and Bavarian cabbage.
The Mostbraten is grilled pork neck and there is a good shot of must in the nice dark gravy.
The cider tastes like apple wine and goes very well with the dumplings and cabbage.
To drink, I treated myself to a large, freshly tapped Colaweizen.
That alone was a treat.
